There are no warranties except those contained herein. GiveAwayBuildings.com has not authorized any person or company to assume, on its behalf, any liability in connection with the materials supplied not to increase the scope of the warranty. The goods when properly constructed, shall meet the specifications listed on website. All materials are free of defects in workmanship. We will replace or repair at our discretion any defective material furnished within 3 weeks of delivery upon presentation of satisfactory evidence of such defect, but no claims for direct or consequential damage will be allowed.
